About Ralph Sacarello, EA
I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in accounting, and was federally licensed as an Enrolled Agent (EA) in 1986. I can represent taxpayers at all administrative levels of the Internal Revenue Service in all 50 states. Regulations governing Enrolled Agents, CPAs and attorneys can be found following this link. https:\\www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/pcir230.pdf
I have processed literally thousands of matters before the IRS Collection, Appeals and Exam Divisions and I am a Fellow of the highly recognized National Tax Practice Institute. In 2008 I was appointed by the Department of the Treasury to serve in the Taxpayer Advocacy Panel in Washington, D.C. for a three-year term.
My tax practice is limited to dispute resolution. I do not handle ongoing conventional tax compliance work or prepare delinquent returns.
I personally handle all cases and take a personal interest in each of my clients, limiting the number of new clients I take in order to provide a high level of service and attention to each case.
I am also a devout Christian, and felt a call to bring competent tax representation to taxpayers who cannot afford a tax professional. So, in March 2023, I expanded my practice and formed Tax Crisis Ministry, Inc., a non-profit corporation whose mission is to ensure the fairness and integrity of the tax system for taxpayers whose income does not exceed 250% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. I also serve taxpayers who speak English as a second language as long as they meet the income requirement.
